Important Notice: Not a Licensed Financial or Tax Advisor

Setapak Langkah Finance ERP is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) utility designed for financial record automation. We are not a licensed financial institution, a certified tax consultancy, an active Certified Public Accounting (CPA) firm, or a registered investment advisor. We do not provide professional financial or fiduciary advice of any kind.

1. No Accounting or Taxation Advice

All tax calculations (such as corporate income tax estimates, value-added taxes), asset depreciation matrices, automated balance sheets, and profit-and-loss reports generated by the System are based on standardized accounting formulas and input parameters configured by your workspace administrators. These results serve strictly as preliminary estimations. They must not be utilized as the sole foundation for official tax filings or legal declarations to state tax offices without an independent review and sign-off by your internal financial experts, auditors, or certified tax advisors.

2. Responsibility for Data Accuracy (“Garbage-In, Garbage-Out”)

The precision, integrity, and compliance of your business’s financial statements depend 100% on the validity of the parameters and numbers entered by your accounting personnel. We assume zero liability for reporting errors, treasury discrepancies, budget leaks, or ledger mismatches resulting from manual data-entry mistakes, failure to run regular ledger reconciliations, or misconfigured project/department keys inside your ERP tenant workspace.

3. Bank Integrations (Bank Feeds) & Third-Party APIs

For automatic transaction matching, the platform utilizes secure API integrations (Open Banking / OAuth protocols) provided by third parties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, 100% stable connections with external banking servers. Any synchronization failures caused by bank maintenance windows, sudden API standard updates from external financial institutions, or general network transit issues are entirely outside the operational boundaries of Setapak Langkah Finance ERP.

4. Limitation of Liability for Financial Losses

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Setapak Langkah (including its affiliates, core developers, and support teams) shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential financial damages. This includes, but is not limited to, lost corporate profits, state-issued tax penalties, labor/social security interest fees (e.g., BPJS/employment disputes), business cash flow shortages resulting from strategic choices inspired by our analytics dashboards, or any commercial bottlenecks.

5. Cloud System Availability & Planned Maintenance

While we maintain server reliability using ISO 27001-certified cloud infrastructure, database access to your bookkeeping logs may undergo temporary interruption or pause for scheduled security updates, preventive server configurations, or sudden mitigation against distributed cyber threats. We shall not be held liable for any brief administrative delays or transactional bottlenecks during these essential maintenance windows.
